Wish List "Kindle Paperwhite"

Wish List “Kindle Paperwhite”

OK it’s time for my wish list of the week!  This is where I post an article about an e-reader that I think would be really interesting.  I find that eBooks are really convenient and they tend to be really cheap.  Currently I have been reading all my eBooks on my smartphone.  I believe the majority of the book reviewing community has e-readers.  Unfortunately for me I am not one of those people, so with my weekly post of Wish List I will be talking about the “Kindle Paperwhite”.

Amazon has done really well with the Kindle Paperwhite.  6.7 inches in height and 4.6 inches in width this e-reader is really compact and portable.  The info on Amazon shouts out that the Kindle Paperwhite was “designed with readers in mind”.  You can adjust the size of the font, so if you have a hard time seeing those tiny letters, you can make it as big as you want.  If you’re that type of person who likes to leave notes or bookmark your favorite page, Amazon has created that feature for you.  Facebookers and those of you who are twitter fanatics, the Kindle Paperwhite has a special feature in which you can share your notes and favorite quotes to all your friends or followers.  There are many more features that Amazon has equipped onto this fantastic e-reader, if you want to learn more check it out on Amazon.

Now the awesomeness doesn’t stop there, there is another version of the Kindle Paperwhite, which is the Kindle Paperwhite 3G.  This gives you free 3G network, now I don’t know what the catch is, but maybe the 3G network is limited so that will be something you want to check into on purchase.  Well that was my brief rant about the Kindle Paperwhite, feel free to purchase this for me at your leisure.

Wish List of the day

kindle 6 inchI am a really big fan of reading eBooks however it is hilarious how I don’t own an e-reader by now.  I think it’s because I don’t know what is out there.  There is a lot of electronics that are on the market and it seems every month something new is released.  To help all of you out there who are deciding to purchase an e-reader, I will create a post once a week about interesting e-readers that I have found.  It will probably be in my categories of Wish Lists.

For those of you out there on a budget, I found that a really good e-reader would be the “Kindle”.  Looks like it has many positive reviews, and one of my favorite feature is that it is really tiny.  With a height of 6.5 inches and 4.5 inches in width, it basically can fit in your back pocket.  Weighing less than 6 ounces you’ll barely feel that it’s there.  Has a built in Wifi, so if you’re in need of a new book, hook up to a wireless connection, log into your kindle account and download within 60 seconds.  Has a 2GB internal memory so I am estimating that it can hold about 1400 worth of eBooks.

I do a lot of my shopping on amazon, and with the special offer the “Kindle” 6” display sells for under 70$.  Now that my friend is a deal, I especially recommend this for those of you who are looking for something not too pricy.  If you are interested and want to take a look click right “here” or click the image of the Kindle and it will direct you to Amazon, where you can find more information about the product.
